Dragon Blood Red on PET liner: paint-like gloss without the orange peel
Our PET liner Dragon Blood Red liquid-metallic vinyl, applied as a full color change. The rigid PET backing gives the face film an unusually smooth, paint-like surface.
Why a PET liner
Conventional wrap film is coated on paper liners, which can transfer texture (orange peel) into the face film. A PET liner stays flat and smooth during manufacturing, so the cured film is closer to a glass-smooth paint surface.
The color
A deep red base with liquid-metal flake. In shade it looks almost burgundy; in sun it turns a bright candy red.
Installation notes
The face film is still conformable PVC with air-release adhesive, so standard techniques apply. Installers note that the film slides and lifts cleanly, which helps on large bonnets and roofs.
Durability
See the product page for the rated warranty. Keep the film away from solvent-based cleaners and pressure-wash at a safe distance from edges.
